With a deep passion for the footwear industry and years of hands-on experience, Oliver Volte brings a unique combination of expertise in footwear development, sales and marketing strategies, and education. Her professional journey has been dedicated to helping businesses thrive while advancing knowledge in shoe fitting and foot health.

​Working Experience

Footwear Industry Expertise and Innovation

Oliver began her career as a product development assistant, where she gained extensive knowledge of footwear types, styles, and construction techniques. Later, as a Sales Manager, she worked closely with a private atelier, collaborating with a team to develop footwear samples, primarily tactical hiking boots and casual sneakers. While her primary focus was on sales, Oliver actively contributed to the product development process—from design to material sourcing—gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire footwear development cycle.

Years later, Oliver applied her expertise to launch an eco-friendly indoor shoe for children under the Bgreen brand, utilizing sustainable materials like bamboo. This initiative reflects her commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating products that align with environmental values.

 

Building on this foundation, Oliver has dedicated herself to advancing shoe fitting standards and promoting foot health through research and education. Her work focuses on optimizing product fit to enhance comfort and reduce injuries—particularly in demanding contexts such as military footwear.

Sales and Marketing Skills 

In addition to her technical expertise, Oliver excels in developing effective export sales and marketing strategies tailored for the global footwear market. She has successfully helped businesses expand their international presence by crafting export strategies, identifying emerging market opportunities, and training sales teams to achieve their goals.

Throughout her career, Oliver has led diverse teams across sales, product development, order management, quality control, and shipment coordination. Her leadership skills and hands-on approach have enabled her to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business strategy—delivering results that drive both innovation and growth.

​Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing

Oliver Volte earned her Bachelor's degree in International Marketing in Paris in 2020, gaining valuable skills in global marketing strategies. This education enriched her understanding of international business and complemented her extensive professional experience, laying the foundation for advanced studies and deeper expertise in strategic marketing.​​

 

Executive MBA (EMBA)

Oliver completed her Executive MBA, where she acquired hands-on experience in digital marketing and project management. As Product Owner in a team project, she contributed to the development of a mobile application, utilizing digital tools such as HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Jira. Her exceptional performance during the Hackathon earned her the prestigious "Coupe de Cœur du Jury" award, showcasing her ability to leverage digital technologies to achieve business objectives effectively.

Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) -Research Focus: Military Footwear Fitting

Building on her extensive industry experience, Oliver pursued a Doctorate in Business Administration with a research focus on military boot fitting. Her work delves into innovative solutions to improve shoe fitting accuracy, enhance comfort, and reduce foot injuries among service members. Through this research, Oliver gained new insights into foot care and shoe fitting standards, providing a strong foundation for contributing to advancements in footwear fitting practices.
